Our Universe Just Got Bigger with New Experiences Coming to Texas and Las Vegas
Park to Park

Universal started off 2023 with two announcements of epic proportions. The first was for a one-of-kind theme park that will inspire fun for the younger generation of Universal fans.

“Unlike any other in the world.” This is how the new park concept is described and the artist rendering above is proving that to be true. It is vibrant, colorful and playful, celebrating the iconic entertainment and innovation that Universal is known for. There will be family-friendly attractions, interactive shows, meet and greets with beloved characters, and unique merchandise and food and beverage. It will be located in Frisco, Texas, reaching a new audience and offering a completely new look, feel and scale than the existing parks.

The second announcement had a darker vibe — a brand-new horror entertainment experience.

From the creators of Halloween Horror Nights, a new entertainment experience will bring to life the horror genre like never before. It will pull from Universal’s vault of both classic and modern horror films. There will also be a foodie element with fun food and beverage during the day and haunted bars and eateries at night. The best part is this year-round venue will continuously be updated and feature seasonal events and exclusive merchandise. This horror experience will be a new expansion of Las Vegas’ immersive AREA15 entertainment district.

It’s an exciting time at Universal! Stay tuned for more details on both concepts.
